What you are booking
Wonderlab is a separately ticketed interactive gallery inside the Science Museum. Its programme includes more than 50 exhibits and live demonstrations. A free museum entry ticket is not a Wonderlab ticket: select the gallery admission as well when planning your visit.
Build a day around curiosity
Choose an experiment-led visit rather than trying to finish every gallery. Let each child pick something to investigate, then ask them to describe what changed when they tried it differently. Keep a little unallocated time so a favourite activity does not become something you have to rush away from.
Budget and practical facilities
The operator lists day passes from £13.50, with variable pricing and family options; confirm the total for your selected date. There is buggy parking, seating and toilets in the gallery, with a picnic area nearby. Separate the attraction budget from lunch and any extra paid experiences.
Sensory and access checks
Some demonstrations include loud sounds. The museum also flags magnetic exhibits for visitors using certain medical devices and allergens used in some experiments. Contact its access team about individual requirements before booking; do not assume that every interactive activity will be suitable.
