Visitor ratings and comments
When you open the visitor-review section, a necessary, signed browser cookie identifies your contributions for up to 180 days. We store a pseudonymous identifier, your rating and any display name and comment you submit. Approved comments and ratings are public; pending comments are visible only to you and the editor. You can update or delete your contribution from the same browser. Do not include personal contact details or sensitive information. Hashed network counters help limit spam, expire after two hours and are removed during later submissions. Clearing the browser cookie removes your direct edit access; use the contact form for a removal request if necessary.
Analytics
Optional Google Analytics is loaded only after you accept analytics cookies. It helps us understand aggregated use of pages and improve the editorial service.
Contact messages
If you email us, we use the information you provide to respond and manage the conversation. Do not send sensitive documents unless requested through a secure process.
External services
Links may lead to third-party websites with their own privacy practices. Review their notices before submitting information or making a purchase.
Your choices
You can decline optional analytics, reopen cookie settings from the footer and contact hello@lonnow.com about a privacy question.
Ticket and travel embeds
Some pages load sponsored ticket widgets and travel links provided through Travelpayouts, including tpembd.com and emrldco.com. An embedded provider receives connection information such as an IP address and browser information when it loads. Its own privacy notice governs its booking service; opening a booking or flight search may take you outside LONNOW.
Saved guides and location
Saved guides, recent views and cookie choices are stored in your browser. Clear site data to remove them. Near Me requests browser permission before using an approximate location for local route comparison; it does not send that location to LONNOW.
Advertising and your choices
The existing cookie choice controls optional Google Analytics. It is not a Google-certified advertising consent platform. Ticket widgets are sponsored affiliate placements; they are not evidence that this site has been approved by Google AdSense.
