Use official ticket routes
The public ballot, hospitality and the Queue operate under different terms. Buy only through Wimbledon’s official channels and authorised routes. Screenshots and social-media offers create fraud risk and may not transfer valid entry.
Understand the Queue
The Queue is a distinctive same-day route with its own procedures, capacity and conduct guidance. Availability is not guaranteed. Check the current official Queue information, arrival expectations and prohibited items before relying on it.
Plan transport and walking
Southfields and Wimbledon stations involve different onward journeys, and the final walk can be busy. Follow event transport advice, expect managed routes and leave time after the final match when stations fill quickly.
Prepare for weather and security
London can move from sun to rain in one session. Bring permitted layers, sun protection and a suitable water container, then check the current bag-size and prohibited-item policy. Travel light.
Treat the grounds as part of the day
Outside-court tennis, practice areas, the Hill and museum can all add value when the main show court is not the only goal. Use the order of play on the day and avoid crossing the grounds for every match.
