Premier League tickets in London: official routes and safer buying

High-demand London fixtures rarely have a simple public sale. Memberships, ballots, ticket exchange and hospitality vary by club and match.

Start with the home club

Arsenal, Chelsea, Tottenham Hotspur, West Ham, Fulham, Brentford and other London clubs control their own sales. Create an account only on the official club site and read the exact eligibility for the chosen fixture.

02

Understand access systems

A membership may provide access to a ballot or sale, not a guaranteed ticket. Purchase history, loyalty points and one-ticket limits can apply. Official resale exchanges normally serve eligible supporters when season-ticket holders return seats.

03

Use hospitality knowingly

Official hospitality can provide a legitimate route when general admission is unavailable, but inclusions, dress rules, seating and cancellation terms differ. Confirm the provider through the club and compare the total price.

04

Avoid unauthorised resale

Unofficial listings can be invalid, duplicated or unlawful. Do not send identity documents or payment to a social-media seller. A convincing screenshot does not prove the ticket can enter the stadium.

05

Plan the matchday

Check digital-ticket requirements, bag rules, turnstile, away-fan restrictions and transport. Arrive early and keep phone power available. Derby policing, rail engineering and late fixture changes can alter the route.
