Why official schedules remain essential
Television schedules are changeable. Breaking news, overrunning sport, regional variations and broadcaster decisions can move or replace programmes. LONNOW therefore routes viewers to each broadcaster’s current guide and does not label an old static programme list as today.

London time and regional versions
All times shown are intended for London in the Europe/London time zone. BBC One and ITV1 can carry regional news or other variations; viewers outside London should select their own region on the broadcaster’s service.

Watching online
BBC iPlayer, ITVX, Channel 4, Channel 5 and Sky set their own sign-in, subscription and location rules. A UK TV Licence may be required for live television and BBC iPlayer. Read the official service guidance before watching.

Children’s channels
CBBC and CBeebies have dedicated rows, while Channel 5’s early schedule can include Milkshake! programmes. Parents should use broadcaster age guidance and current programme information rather than treating a channel label as a suitability guarantee.

Sport and late changes
Live sport is especially vulnerable to schedule changes. Use LONNOW’s sport calendar to find the event, then confirm the channel, start time and package on the rights-holder’s official page shortly before transmission.
