Compare the whole household package

Broadband, a home phone and other bundled services can have different consequences when changed.

Keep a record of the change

Save the agreed dates and confirmations.

If uninterrupted access is important for work or other needs, discuss the practical arrangements with the providers. This guide has not checked an address, ordered a connection or guaranteed a gap-free switch.
