What the tool asks

The assessment uses forty multiple-choice questions and is designed to take around five to ten minutes.

A reference code allows progress to be saved. It explores interests and motivation rather than certifying professional competence.

Test the suggestions against daily life

Pick two or three possible roles and compare their entry requirements, typical tasks and working patterns.

For a London search, add the cost and practicality of the journey. A broad career family is not yet a suitable vacancy.

Use the human follow-up

The service also offers careers guidance.

Bring specific uncertainties to that conversation: whether existing experience transfers, what training is necessary and what evidence employers request. An assessment result is not a diagnosis or a job offer.
