Decode the role
Turn the job description into a short list of problems the employer needs solved. Prepare one recent example for each major requirement.
Structure your evidence
Explain the situation briefly, your responsibility, the action you personally took and the result. Be honest about team contributions.
Research the organisation
Understand its customers, priorities, business model and recent work. Use that research to ask practical questions about the role.
Close with precision
Confirm next steps, notice period and any evidence you promised. Send a short follow-up only when it adds useful information.
